Das Duo MüllerMichalke entstand 2019 aus einer langjährigen Freundschaft.
Ein spontanes Wohnzimmerkonzert offenbarte ihre musikalische Harmonie und führte zur Zusammenarbeit und Aufnahme ihres Debütalbums “InSight”, das 2020 bei JazzSick Records veröffentlicht und von der Presse begeistert aufgenommen wurde.
2021 folgte die Projekt-Ep “SPACE”, einelektronischer Ausflug ins Universum, inspiriert durch selbst produzierte Wohnzimmer-Sessions.
Mit ihrem neuen Album “XII” kehren MüllerMichalke wieder zu Ihren Wurzeln,
den akustischen Klängen zurück.
Das Album ist im Herbst 2024 bei JazzSick Records erschienen.
Hierbei schaffen sie mit ihrem lyrischen Jazz eine Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und Intensität vereint.
Eva Viola Müllers facettenreiche Stimme und verträumte Poesie laden zum Eintauchen in andere Welten ein, während Stefan Michalke durch seine malerische Spielweise vielfältige Klangfarben zu spannenden Kompositionen verbindet.
Das Album ist in Kooperation mit der Fotokünstlerin Katja Liedle entstanden und auf dem Album werden Frederik Köster am Flügelhorn sowie David Andres am Bass als Gäste zu hören sein.

The MüllerMichalke duo was formed in 2019 from a long-standing friendship.
A spontaneous living room concert revealed their musical harmony and led to the collaboration and recording of their debut album “InSight”, which was released on JazzSick Records in 2020 and was enthusiastically received by the press.
This was followed in 2021 by the project ep “SPACE”, an electronic excursion into the universe inspired by self-produced living room sessions.
With their new album “XII”, MüllerMichalke return to their roots, the acoustic sounds.
The album will be released in fall 2024 on JazzSick Records.
With their lyrical jazz, they create an atmosphere that combines calm and intensity.
Eva Viola Müller’s multi-faceted voice and dreamy poetry invite you to immerse yourself in other worlds, while Stefan Michalke’s painterly playing style combines a variety of timbres to create exciting compositions.

and the album features Frederik Köster on flugelhorn and David Andres on bass as guests.
